Every celebration starts with a free 35-minute consultation. Toni learns what matters, reviews the timing and location, and helps identify the package that fits before the date is reserved.

The Essentials Ceremony
$500
Two hours reserved.

The Signature Experience

- Choose one reception service: Toni performs one song or emcees the reception.
- The selection and details are confirmed during a second phone consultation.
The Ultimate Celebration
$1,500
Four hours reserved.
- Everything in The Essentials Ceremony.
- Toni performs one song during the reception.
- Toni emcees the reception.
The reserved service window is not the ceremony length. Wedding ceremonies typically last 10 to 30 minutes, and reception services typically last three to four hours. Toni agrees the exact ceremony timing with the couple and/or venue; actual ceremony and reception timing depends on the venue.
What every couple can plan around
- Toni arrives 30 minutes before the ceremony.
- Toni checks in with the venue and the couple, walks down the aisle, officiates, and signs the marriage certificate.
- Couples decide the Las Vegas venue or may ask Toni for a recommendation when there is time to provide one.
- Guest count is determined by the couple and venue capacity.
- Travel within 20 miles of Toni’s Las Vegas base has no added fee. Any farther travel fee is agreed before booking.
- Toni personally delivers the completed marriage certificate to the Clark County Clerk’s Office in person on the next business day. The Clerk controls filing and processing after delivery.
- Toni follows up after the consultation and helps select the package that fits.
Plan the reception details that belong in the room.
For the one-song performance in Signature or Ultimate, Toni performs as Toni James or, when requested, presents a look-alike performance inspired by Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Donna Summer, Erykah Badu, Janet Jackson, or Whoopi Goldberg.
- Ultimate emcee responsibilities are agreed with the couple and can include the champagne toast, cake cutting, garter-belt presentation, bouquet toss, first dance, and inviting guests to say a kind word about the couple.
- The venue handles all audio and microphone requests.
- Additional performers are available as a $500-per-performer add-on; no particular performer or count is included unless separately agreed.
- Toni attends the rehearsal when performing at or emceeing the reception. Toni may also attend at the couple’s request if available.
Reserve the date after the plan is clear.
A 50% nonrefundable wedding-package deposit is due immediately to secure the date. Final payment is due on the wedding day. Zelle is the preferred payment method, and online website payment is available.
