Since it is Vegas, the suggested dress code for your wedding should be semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Tip: Generally, cold to mild weather is between Nov 1st and April 1st. Warm to hot weather is between April 1st to Nov 1st.
Tip: GIPSY! Ceremony is performed in the courtyard, the reception is held inside the venue.
Since GIPSY is located only a few blocks away from the Las Vegas Strip and the Harry Reid Airport, it is suggested that if you are not driving, Uber, Lyft, or Taxi is the best mode of transportation.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.”
There is plenty of parking directly behind GIPSYS.
TIP: While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
“Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
There is a separate build exclusively for dressing, makeup, and relaxing, next door to get ready for your wedding.
A deposit of half of the final price, is due immediately, to secure the date. Final payment is due 30 days before the ceremony. Gratuity is not required, but very much appreciated, and can be brought to the ceremony in an envelope, and given to the lead organizer of your event. They will make sure it is delivered to the right vendor(s).
No smoking inside the reception, courtyard smoking only. No firearms, outside alcohol, or drugs.
